Learn how to make pasta on a cookery course in Birmingham.

This course will teach you the skills to make fresh pasta at home, with fillings and sauces to accompany it.

We will be showing you both hand rolling and cutting techniques as well as using a pasta machine.

Recipes include a classic carbonara with double zero “00” flour and Loaf made guanciale, a heritage grain einkorn pappardelle and a couple of delicious filled pastas and sauces.

You’ll be greeted with fresh bread, and finish off the evening eating the fruits of your labour from all the recipes above.

The course takes place on a weekday evening from 6.30-9.30pm at Loaf in Stirchley, South Birmingham. You’ll feel right at home at Loaf, and everything you learn will set you up for recreating the dishes with confidence at home.

All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided.

Please bring tupperware in the event of any leftovers.
