Bringing Back Real Food


Macarons grace the finest boutique patisseries the world over. They’re renowned for being tricky to make and provide a canvas for top pastry chefs to showcase their ingenuity and skill. Our tutor Lap-fai Lee will reveal the secrets to making them at home. In this lesson he’ll show you how to make the classics; salted butter caramel, dark chocolate, lemon buttercream and introduce savoury macarons into your life.

This course usually takes place on a weekday evening  from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Loaf cookery school on Stirchley High Street in south Birmingham.  You’ll feel right at home at Loaf, and everything you learn will set you up for bringing your own kitchen alive.

All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided.
