What’s on?

On Tuesday we have Cuffufle Preserves in the cookery school, Rachel is teaching a fully booked course on how to make cordials, mustards, jams and chutneys, with methodology for marmalade (band name).

On Saturday Rob’s teaching Sweet Breads & Viennoiserie and there are two spaces available!

Friday: Ribollita (Italian tomato & bean soup) w/ sourdough (Ve) // Salt beef on challah with mustard and pickles

Saturday: Veggie sandwich on brioche (V) //Salt beef on brioche with mustard and pickles
