We’re really pleased to announce a brand new collaboration with Lap-fai Lee, the excellent tutor on our seafood, charcuterie, and knife skills courses. From Janaury 2015, Lap will be starting a series of Flavour Geography courses which will look at traditional home cooking in many parts of the world. We’re starting with Flavour Geography: Japan on Thursday 15th January from 6.30-9.30pm. In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to make sushi rolls, sashimi, nasu degaku, tonkatsu, and miso soup, and then sit down to a Japanese family meal at the end of the night.
