In the bakery this week…

pizza meat feastIt is the 1st week in December – we will be starting mince pie’s this week – deep filled Mud City Stout mince pies, featuring Lord Derby apples from Ryton Organic Gardens in Warwickshire. Come down and check them out!

Tuesday 2nd December: Tarka daal with a hunk of bread // Ham and cheddar croissants

Wednesday 3rd: Stonebaked sourdough pizza! Stirchley meat feast // Roasted pepper, fennel, and mozzarella

Thursday 4th: Salt beef and mustard on challah // Roasted aubergine and harissa humous sandwich

Friday 5th: Leek and stilton frittata // Ham and cheddar croissants
