Hello! Here is this week’s menu for you, sorry we’re a little late posting it.
Tuesday: Tarka daal with sourdough (Ve) Wednesday: Spiced cauliflower, red onion, mushroom and feta sourdough pizza (V) Thursday: Pea, spring onion and herb frittata with couscous salad and focaccia (V) Friday: Spiced aubergine and coconut curry with sourdough (Ve) /OR/ Salt beef on challah with mustard & pickles Saturday: Salt beef on challah with pickles and mustard /OR/ Veggie sandwich on challah (V)
Don’t forget we have our collaborative bike ride event with Birmingham Bike Foundry this Sunday – The Breadfast Club! Matt has posted the route if you would like to check out where we’re going. See you at Loaf at 9.30am for breakfast before the peloton departs.
You can leave your bike inside whilst we have breakfast in the cookery school.
Casual help-yourself breakfast of surplus bakery bread/toast/pastries and whatever else we can rustle up, plus coffee + tea.
Suggested donation of £3pp.
Ride leaves at 10am.
You are welcome to leave belongings at Loaf whilst you are on the ride.
The ride will be a 20-30 mile loop, returning to Stirchley for 1pm. You’ll need to be confident cycling on the road to join in. We will share the route prior to the event if you would like to familiarise yourself with it. Pace is roughly 12-15mph but is set by the group – no one will be left behind.

To pre-order bread or lunches, please ask in the shop, email or phone us as we can't accept orders on social media. Orders for Saturdays need to be made by 7pm on Thursdays, otherwise a day's notice will do! For larger orders we ask for payment in advance.
