Tuesday: Tarka Daal served with sourdough (Ve)
Wednesday: Spiced Pumpkin, goat’s cheese and rocket sourdough pizza (V)
Thursday: Coconut, cauliflower chickpea curry w/ sourdough (Ve)
Friday: Moroccan chickpea soup w/ sourdough (Ve) /OR/ Salt beef on challah with mustard and pickles
Saturday: Veggie Sandwich (V) /OR/ Salt beef on brioche with mustard and pickles
Coming up in the Cookery School
There is still time to book onto our Pork Butchery & Charcuterie courses before Christmas, we have one running this Thursday, 11th October, with a couple of spaces and one on the Thursday 6th December. We also have spaces on our Sweet Breads & Viennoiserie courses on Saturdays 13th October, 10th November and 8th December. It’s a lovely one to do in the run up to Christmas as it gives you the skills to wow your family with homemade croissants for breakfast on Christmas morning!
