It’s our first week of 2018 back in the bakery and the cold’s got us planning delicious warming soups and stews all week! We’ll also be debuting some veggie sausage rolls, recipe kindly shared by Loaf alumni, Andy Butler, of Bread & Butler.

Thursday: Caponata with focaccia
Friday: #Saltbeef on challah with pickles and mustard OR Celeriac and apple soup with sourdough
Saturday #Saltbeef on challah with pickles and mustard OR Cheddar, roast leek and dijon mustard on brioche
