We book dates 3-6 months in advance so check back regularly for new dates.

All courses run throughout the year except for:

  • Pork Butchery and Charcuterie which runs from October-March
  • Foraging which runs from April-September and
  • Sweet Bread and Viennoiserie which runs September-May
