Click on a date to be taken to the course page that tells you all about the course, and from where you can book your place. We book dates 3-6 months in advance so check back regularly for new dates. All courses run throughout the year except for Pork Butchery and Charcuterie which runs from October-March, and Foraging which runs from April-September.
