Loaf Cookery School is the West Midlands most innovative cookery school, a place where you can learn forgotten food skills in the heart of the second city.

We believe everyone has the right to be able to find, cook, and eat real food everyday, so we’ve developed courses that enable you to do just that. Whether it be learning how to make artisan sourdough bread, how to butcher your own meat, or how to find safe wild food for free, Loaf’s in-house staff and expert external tutors will guide you through every step of the process, so that you can start reproducing the magic at home in your own kitchen. No experience neccessary!

Courses mostly take place at our high street cookery school in Stirchley, South Birmingham. With its on-site community bakery it’s more of a food hub than just a cookery school, and you can see for yourself how we’re putting our values into practice.
