Here we are on a Google map, located two doors away from the corner of Mary Vale Road and Pershore Road in Stirchley:

By Bus: We are very accessible by public transport and we strongly advise you to use it to get to us. Itʼs easiest and it will help us lower our carbon footprint. The bus service 45/47  services the Pershore Road every 10 minutes. Alight by the British Oak pub in Stirchley, about 4.5 miles south of the city centre on the Pershore Road. With your back to the pub, turn left, cross the road at the traffic lights up ahead and carry on straight across Mary Vale Road to the cookery school on your right.

By Train: Loaf is a three minute walk from Bournville Railway station, which is on the line between Birmingham New Street and Redditch (sometimes terminates at Longbridge). Trains normally depart every 10 or 20 minutes from New Street and take 12 minutes to Bournville. On arrival, leave Bournville station at the Mary Vale Road exit, turn left down the road until you hit the main Pershore Road. We are just round the corner on the right.

By Foot or Bicycle
: The cookery school is easy to reach from both the Rea Valley route, a mostly off-road path along the River Rea, and from the towpath of the Worcester and Birmingham Canal, which has an exit at Bournville station. We have indoor bike holding space, just let us know to expect you!

By Car
: Stirchley high street is part of the A441 Pershore Road, which is a main trunk road between Birmingham City Centre and J2 of the M42. Loaf is situated on the high street, just by the turn off onto Mary Vale Road.

Parking is on the road outside our cookery school is restricted on weekdays until 6.45pm but you can find spaces on the nearby side roads. Allow an extra five minutes to park and walk. If you attend a weekend course, you can park on Pershore Road, but it does get busy.

If you have any problems getting here on the day, please call us on 0121 458 7682.
